Shipping & returns

All online orders at are immediately processed. We will ensure your order is extremely well packaged, instantly despatched and securely courier delivered, reaching you within 1-3 working days of your order providing the items ordered are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is stated with the product you have ordered, i.e: special order items, JR Wheels can take 10 - 14 days or longer if need custom drilling etc contact us before ordering for a approx delivery.

Often orders placed before Lunchtime will be despatched the same working day. If an item is out of stock or taking longer for deliver we will contact you by email prior to processing the transaction to let you know.

What if the delivery is attempted and you are out?

All deliveries are courier delivered and therefore require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in when your delivery is attempted, the driver will post a card, outlining details of how you can rearrange a second delivery at no extra cost or make the collection from the local holding depot. Alternatively, if you work weekdays we can arrange the delivery to go directly to your work address provided we have the full business name and address and a contact telephone number.


Every order is despatched along with your invoice for your records. If you receive the goods and your invoice is not attached it will be due to the fact that the item has been sent direct from the supplier and in this case your invoice will follow soon after by post. If you haven't received one, please do not hesitate to contact us, as copies are available upon request free of charge from our accounts department.


All goods are thoroughly checked prior to despatch, and are then securely wrapped and packaged and security sealed to ensure safe transit. We have the latest wrapping and packaging machinery available on today's market, which not only ensures the products reach you in perfect condition, it means we can get the items packaged exceptionally quickly to ensure your order is with you without delay in the quickest time available in the industry. Packaging is so important when mail ordering so we take it very seriously, to the highest level to ensure your goods reach you in the condition they were in when they left us.

Delivery Insurance

Even though we securely package every item to endeavour that it reaches you safely and securely, unfortunately on very rare occasions goods can be damaged in transit due to the nature of the products so all postage charges include insurance. If a parcel arrives and the box/packaging appears damaged, please sign for the goods and clearly print "DAMAGED" next to your signature. Then upon opening the parcel, if you find that any product within the box/packaging is damaged please call us on 028 7930 1114 so that we can assess the situation. Please put all items back into the original box/packaging as following on from there we will make a collection of the damaged item and arrange a redelivery of a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer a direct replacement. If the item shows signs of being fitted, it is excluded from this exchange policy.


Most of our products are shipped to uk & Ireland customers using DPD this may change with some suppliers. 

Once your order has been completed and payment has been authorised our sales team will email you an invoice / Tracking Number where you will be able to track your goods online.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Our delivery cost is cirrently £40 for a set of 4 wheels only (subject to change) you first need to add the products which you are interested in, to the shopping basket. At the checkout stage the delivery price will be displayed.

Import Tax’s & Duties

You the customer are liable for any import tax's and duties which your government and or customs imposes when you purchase products from® which are delivered outside the United Kingdom. If you are unsure of these taxes and or duties, please contact your local customs agency in your respective country before ordering goods.® takes no responsibility whatsoever for these charges.


We accept two methods of payment:

1. Credit Cards: (Goods can ONLY be delivered to the credit card billing address)

2. Bank Transfer: (Goods can be delivered to any address)

We dont charge a credit card fee All transactions are processed in GBP Sterling, if your credit card is billed in another currency; the amount charged will be in GBP British Pounds Sterling, your credit card company will convert this amount into your local currency.

Import Tax´s & Duties

You are liable for any import tax's and duties which your government and or customs imposes if you are purchasing products from us which are delivered outside the United Kingdom. Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel or exchange your order up to 14 working days after the day of delivery, but please note that we reserve the right to refuse the return of any non-faulty goods returned outside of this period if no prior notice was given by the customer.

Please note that cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of between 15-30% of the total order value.

Returns Information

All returns must be authorised by Autoalloys Any returns made without prior contact cannot be processed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods to us, at their own expense, unused and in the same condition that they were received in. Alloy wheels which have been correctly supplied as per the order, or which have had tyres fitted, cannot be returned.

Please note that our return policy means that returns will invoke a handling fee which is set at 20% of the total order value, plus the cost of shipping.

You will receive your refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the goods. the amount may change with currency rate

Under no circumstances will Autoalloys be held liable for any fitting charges incurred by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all correct parts are available prior to fitting.

The provisions of these terms do not affect your statutory rights.


Any warranty implied is covered by the product manufacturer, not Autoalloys. Autoalloys cannot assume responsibility for any misuse or incorrect application caused by the user, nor can we accept responsibility for carriage costs incurred in the return of goods under warranty or for any fitting costs involved.

*Please note that alloy wheels with a polished face or chrome finish are not covered by warranty.

** We advise to take polished wheels off during the winter to protect them from salt put on the roads. **

Damaged Items

All orders are fully inspected before they are dispatched, Claims for damaged items must be made immediately and recorded as damaged, otherwise the claim will be void.

Please be aware that by signing for items as "received in good condition", no claims for damages in transit can be made.

Packaging Goods For Return

If we have agreed for you to return your order to us, please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are packaged in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.

Items which have been returned back to us which have been damaged or used will not be refunded.

Important – Checking For Damage Upon Delivery

All of our orders are fully inspected prior to dispatch in order to ensure that they’re in perfect condition. However, it’s important to note that when the delivery company delivers your order it’s up to you, the customer, to check that the goods have not been damaged during transit before signing for them.

By signing for them you are confirming that they have been received “in good condition” from the courier company, which means that no claims for damages during transit can be made.

If you don’t have the time to check the goods, please sign for your order as “unchecked” if possible. This way, if they have been damaged during transit we can lodge a claim against the delivery company where possible.
