All online orders at www.autoalloys.com are immediately processed. We will ensure your alloy wheel order is extremely well packaged, instantly despatched and securely courier delivered, reaching you within 1-3 working days of your order providing the items ordered are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is stated with the alloy wheel product you have ordered, i.e: special order items.
Often orders alloy wheel placed before 2pm will be despatched the same working day. In some cases special delivery terms and offers will be shown next to your chosen product/s which we will adhere to. If an item is out of stock or the item will be longer than 3 working days we will contact you by phone or email prior to processing the transaction to let you know.
All alloy wheel deliveries are courier delivered and therefore require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in when your alloy wheel delivery is attempted, the driver will post a card, outlining details of how you can rearrange a second delivery at no extra cost or make collection from the local holding depot. Alternatively if you work weekdays we can arrange the delivery of your alloy wheels to go direct to your work address provided we have the full business name and address and a contact telephone number.
Every order is despatched along with your invoice for your records. If you receive the goods and your invoice is not attached it will be due to the fact that the item has been sent direct from the supplier and in this case your invoice will follow soon after by post or email. If you haven't received one, please do not hesitate to contact us, as copies are available upon request free of charge from our accounts department.
All alloy wheel goods are thoroughly checked prior to despatch, and are then securely packaged and sealed to ensure safe transit.
Even though we securely package every alloy wheel item to endeavour that it reaches you safely and securely, unfortunately on very rare occasions goods can be damaged in transit due to the nature of the products so all postage charges include insurance. If a parcel arrives and the box/packaging appears damaged, please sign for the goods and clearly print "DAMAGED" next to your signature. Then upon opening the parcel, if you find that any product within the box/packaging is damaged please call us on 028 7930 1114 so that we can assess the situation. Please put all items back into the original alloy wheel box/packaging as following on from there we will make a collection of the damaged item and arrange a redelivery of a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer a direct replacement. If the item shows signs of being fitted, it is excluded from this exchange policy.

Once your order has been completed and payment has been authorised our sales team will email you an Airway Bill / Tracking Number where you will be able to track your goods online.
To find out the cost of delivery you first need to add the products which you are interested in, to the shopping basket. At the checkout stage you will be asked for which country you want the goods shipped to. When you select your country, the delivery price will be displayed.
If you have your own account with fedex we can ship the goods on your account, please contact our sales team to arrange this.
You the customer are liable for any import tax's and duties which your government and or customs imposes when you purchase products from autoalloys.com® which are delivered outside the United Kingdom. If you are unsure of these taxes and or duties, please contact your local customs agency in your respective country before ordering goods. Autoalloys.com® takes no responsibility whatsoever for these charges.
We accept two methods of payment:
1. Credit Cards: (Goods can ONLY be delivered to the credit card billing address)
2. Bank Transfer: (Goods can be delivered to any address)
All transactions are processed in GBP Sterling, if your credit card is billed in another currency; the amount charged will be in GBP British Pounds Sterling, your credit card company will convert this amount into your local currency.

You are liable for any import tax's and duties which your government and or customs imposes if you are purchasing products from us which are delivered outside the United Kingdom. If you are unsure of these tax's and or duties please contact your local customs agency in your respective country before ordering goods.
All returns must be authorised by Autoalloys.com.
You have the right to cancel or exchange your alloy wheel order up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. Any non-faulty goods returned outside of the 7 day period without notice during this period we reserve the right to refuse.
It is your responsibility to return the goods to us, at your expense, unused and in the same condition that you received them in.
Once the alloy wheel goods are returned to us, we will refund you in full within 7 working days. You will receive the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the goods. If you would like to exchange to a higher priced item we will ask you make a payment for the difference, and if the exchange is for a lower priced item the difference will be refunded to you.
Every order direct from Autoalloys.com. will be courier delivered and require a signature upon receipt. Prior to signing for goods we ask that you check that the goods are both undamaged and that all goods are present that should be. Signing for the goods is an acceptance that everything in the delivery is as it should be and undamaged.
All alloy wheel goods are sold subject to the manufacturer's Conditions of Sale and Guarantee. Goods specially ordered cannot be returned for credit or refund. Any cancellation on such orders will incur a 30% handling fee. The property in the goods does not pass until payment has been received in full.
Under no circumstances will Autoalloys.com be held liable for any fitting charges incurred by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have the correct parts prior to fitting.
No liability or returns are accepted where purchases attempt to modify or install components where it is known or ought to be reasonably known to the purchaser that the part is incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in accordance with the order.
The provisions of these clauses do not affect your statutory rights.
