The Ford Focus MK1 1998 - 2004 onwards model has a pcd of 4x108 and will take alloy wheels from 14x5.5" up to 18x7.5" without any clearance issues as long as the alloy wheels have an offset of between ET42 and ET45.
The recomended tyre sizes for this car are as follows 14" = 175/70/14, 15" = 195/60/15, 16" = 205/50/16, 17" = 205/45/17, 18" = 215/35/18
