Returns and Refunds
1. Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods
We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty or were supplied in error.

1.1 For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to Autoalloys.com.
1.2 You will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, i.e. unopened and with any seals or shrink-wrapping intact. Please also be aware that you
shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to Autoalloys.com.
1.3 We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
2. Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
2.1 Damaged Goods: If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 working days of receipt for exchange.
2.3 Faulty Goods: You have the right to return any faulty goods within 14 days. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed.
2.4 Incorrect Goods: If you discover that we've sent you the incorrect goods, please contact our Customer Services Team on 028 7930 1114 or by email to
Sales@Autoalloys.com immediately and return the incorrect items. We will quickly replace them with the goods you ordered, subject to stock availability. Inbound and outbound calls may be recorded for quality monitoring and training purposes.
2.5 In the event of us sending you a replacement for any damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you must return the original goods to us within 14 days of the delivery of the replacement. Provided you return the goods to us within 14 days, you will have nothing more to pay. However, if for any reason you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 14 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.
3. Cancellation and Returns Policy
3.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by phone on 02879301114 before we have dispatched the goods or before an order has reached the preparation stages (i.e: tyres being fitted to alloy wheels); or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 3.2 below. The cost to safely and securely return any unwanted items lies solely with the purchaser.
3.2 Any goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 working days commencing from the day after receipt. Any non-faulty goods returned outside of the 7 day period without notice during the period we reserve the right to refuse.

3.3 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2.2 will not apply in the event that;
a) the product has been used
b) the product has been fitted
c) the product is not returned to us in the same condition as you received the product.
d) the product has been manufactured to individual requirements and/or on a special order basis.
All Alloy Wheel and Tyre Packages are deemed as special order items.
e) the product has been sold/passed on to a third party
Any goods that are damaged in transit on return to Autoalloys due to poor packaging or lack of care on your behalf will not be refunded and will be returned to sender. Please ensure all returns are packaged to the same level as when initially received. We require all original manufacturer/branded packaging to be enclosed.
3.4 Every order direct from Autoalloys will be courier delivered and require a signature upon receipt. Prior to signing for goods we ask that you check that the goods are both undamaged and that all goods are in the consignment that should be. Signing for the goods is an acceptance that everything in the delivery is as it should be and undamaged. If your order is being sent to a work address please ensure that the person signing for the goods on your behalf if not yourself is aware of what needs to be done on the arrival of the delivery. If you inform us of damages or shortfalls after signing for a consignment it makes it very difficult to make a claim from the couriers and some couriers will not accept liability. Claims for damages and shortfalls will be processed within 48 hours.
3.5 In the event of an alleged defect with goods fitted and used but still under warranty, the purchaser must return the goods to us for inspection and assessment of the fault. If the defect is deemed a fault covered by warranty and still within the cover period we will persue the claim with the utmost importance. As outlined below, please contact us prior to making any returns so that we are aware of the return initially and also so we can begin to establish if the fault is one that is covered by the terms of the warranty and ensure that the product is still within the warranty period.
