Can I choose a different tyre brand that isn't listed on the website?

Certainly, we hold massive stocks of Hankok, Falcon, Federal, Pirelli, Yokahama, Continetal, Bridgestone, Michelin and Toyo performance tyres along with our standard brands, and if we haven't got it in, we can most likely get it for you! It's your wheel and tyre package so we build it to your requirements. If you can't find the tyres you want online, just call 028 7930 1114 or email our team, for a friendly quote.

Can I buy the wheels without any tyres fitted?

Yes, the 16" Fox FX1 Alloy wheel are available as wheels only, and at the latest prices! Rather than scrolling down to pick your tyres, just add your chosen wheels to the shopping cart. And remember, you"ll still receive a full fitting kit Free of charge worth £40!

Can I buy one single wheel on its own?

In the unlikely event that you damage one of your 16" Fox FX1 Alloy wheel, simply call us and we'll be happy to check if a single alloy wheel is available for you, subject to stock availability. If available, we will work out a special discounted price on a single wheel with fast delivery to you.

Delivery Information

Order processing and despatch:

We ensure your alloy wheel and tyre package or tyre order or just alloy wheel order is extremely well packaged and securely courier delivered, to reach you within 1-3 working days from point of order, any queries you will be contacted immediately by phone. Deliveries are via our trusted national courier, and tracking is available on request.

Often alloy wheels orders placed before 4pm will be despatched the same working day. In some cases special delivery terms will be shown next to your chosen products. If an item is out of stock or the item will be longer than 3 working days we will contact you by phone or email prior to processing the transaction to let you know.

What if the delivery is attempted and you are out?

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in when your delivery is attempted, the driver will post a card, outlining details of how you can rearrange a second delivery at no extra cost, or make collection from the depot. If you work weekdays we can arrange the alloy wheel delivery to go direct to your work address provided we have the full business name, address and a land line contact number.

Packaging:

All alloy wheels goods are thoroughly checked, and are securely packaged to ensure safe transit. We have the latest wrapping and packaging techniques, ensuring the products reach you in perfect condition, and enabling us to package exceptionally quickly, to ensure fast delivery to you. Alloy wheelPackaging is so important when mail ordering, so we take it very seriously, to the highest level.

Delivery Insurance:

Even though we securely package every item to endeavour that it reaches you securely, unfortunately on very rare occasions alloy wheel goods can be damaged in transit, so all postage charges include FREE insurance. If a parcel arrives and the box/packaging appears damaged, please sign for the goods and clearly print "DAMAGED" next to your signature. Upon opening the parcel, if you find any damage to the alloy wheels, please call us immediately. We can then arrange a redelivery of a replacement alloy wheel free of charge. We reserve the right to offer a direct alloy wheel replacement.
